Hi guys. I need a bit of advice.
Whenever I click on the MS Outlook Icon on the bottom left hand side of my PC (adajcent to the Start menu) I get a dialog box with a Red Circle with a cross in the middle which reads "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Could not open the item. Try again."
Trying to open MS Outlook using the Start Menu and the Programs file results in the following dialog box - "Unable to open your default email folders. Could not open the item. Try again" After clicking OK, it then reads "Would you like to open your default File System folder instead?"
Is there any way of getting Outlook to work, or do I need to reinstall it somehow? If I need to reinstall it, as I have lost the CD which had my MS Office software on it (I think it was MS Office XP Pro), can I download Outlook from the net or do I need to buy a new Office package altogether?
My Excel 2002 has also stopped working, but MS Word and Front Page appear to be working without any problems.
I hope somebody out there can give this complete PC novice a few pointers...
Thanks
Gregarian.
