Outlook 2002 - not able to send emails

I have upgraded from dial-up to dsl, and now cannot send emails through my
Peopplepc.com account. Error message 0x800CCC65 comes up. (I asked them for
help - they only support outlook express, not outlook.) Does anyone know the
reason I cannot send them?
