Outlook 2002, need a macro to run all rules

I need to find or create a macro in Outlook 2002 to run all my message rules
on command. I have lots of rules set up to move my messages, but I would
prefer to run the rules at the end of the day rather than when the message
arrives. I wanted to create a toolbar item to do this, however in order to
do so I have to have a macro I can run that will run all the message rules
against the Inbox.

Does anyone know of such a macor, or how I could create one. I've not worked
with VBA for a while, but can pick it up if I need to. I would record the
macro except that Outlook doesn't support that functionality.

THanks in advance for your help.

Regards,

This isn't possible. Outlook provides no programmatic access to the Rules
Wizard.

OK, thanks.

Has anyone asked Microsoft to include this functionality in later releases?
This seems like a faily logical extention to the rules functionality. If you
have dozens of rules (which isn't beyond possible in a coroprate email
client) a 'run all' function would be extremely useful. Especially is you
only want to run your rules once a day as a 'clean up' of your emails that
day.

I guess this is one for the wish list.

I'm sure people have. You can, too, by sending a message to
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed).
