Outlook 2002 Loads slow

Is there a way to have Outlook load faster. It seems to
have really slowed down when I launch the application,
probably 20 to 30 seconds, remember time is money.

See if going to Tools -> Options -> Other and turning off Instant Messaging
integration helps.
