outlook 2002 - how to sucessfuly export/import rules wizard

I am the help desk, and I cannot solve this problem.

I'm unable to export/import outlook rules wizard from the old to the new
computer. The export feature only exports the rules wizard titles but not the
contents. Such as Sex Ofenders, Junk Senders. Once I openthe rules wizard on
the new computer, they are empty.

I understand that the contents of the rules wizard are in .txt files in
c:\windows\application data\microsoft\outlook. Copying those files does not
work either.

Help!

Nope. They're in .rwz files.

Hi Brian,

I know that when you export the rules wizard it is saved into an *.rwz file.
But the problems is that the *.rwz file only contains rules titles, the
contentes are missing. meaning that all the addresses saved in Junk Senders
folder are not there when you import at the other side.
