Sophie

Despite my best efforts, I have several friends who continue to Mass Mail
(i.e. entering everyone in the To: field) and Forward messages also using
the To: field, resulting in emails that contain more email addresses than
content.

I would like to create a rule that would automatically send a reply stating
that I no longer wish to accept such messages. I can create the reply
template, however I am having difficulty locating a suitable rule that
would, for example, target any email with more than 1 recipient in the To:
field.

If anyone has a suggestion it would be appreciated.

PS In the meantime I've created my own reply and sent it manually. It
seems to get noticed!!

Create a rule:

1. Start from blank
2. Sent to me
3. Reply
4. Except if sent only to me
