I have had some of the problems described by others. I hav tried Safe mode and it also hangs. I restored all start up drivers in case Ouylook was rebelling against my choices of what to close. I am at my wits end! I am having the problem on both my desktop and laptop. Yes, I have reinstalled and updated all XP products.
I cannot find any answers and I am not ready to purchase 2003 just to fix Outlook...that's a ridiculous solution. Has MSFT offered any solutions to anyone on this site? Knowledge Base does not offer anything better than we already have here.
Hellllllp! You'll be forever in my debt if you get me back up and running. Thanks, Ellen
