I have a user in the office that is unable to view the contents of our organizational forms. After downloading the form only the “To†field is displayed via the message tab and the document tab is also missing. We have attempted to repair, uninstall and reinstall office and the problem persists.

Try clearing your forms cache. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced
Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.

What resolution? What problem? The newsgroup interface you are using
apparently does not quote earlier messages in the thread, making your latest
message so short on detail that you risk not getting the answer you're
looking for. Please take the time to quote the original message.

We have also attempted clear the cache, Logged on with a different profile on her system, it worked. We have deleted her 'Outlook' profile, and re-created, and this still did not work. Also deleted all temp files under her profile and still no good

Is this user running a different build of Outlook 2002 than other users?
Check Help | About. Can they use other forms without problems?

Try deleting the entire contents of the Forms folder (the one containing
Frmcache.dat).
