Outlook 2002 - FolderList Order

Normally when you select the view to show your folder list, the public folder
appears at the bottom of the list. Customer called that somehow this folder
is appearing at the top of her folder list and she wanted to move it back to
the bottom of the list. I thought there was a way to select the order of your
folders, but cannot locate it. Can you change folder order in your folder
view or not?

Usually the order is alphabetical by the name of the root of the folders.
Did the customer somehow change the root of the Public Folders to some other
name?

No, the user did not change the name in any way.
