Outlook 2002 errors when using Citrix 3.0

Hey Folks,

I receive the following error when accessing outlook through Citrix.

"Microsoft Outlook can't provide form scripting support."
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it?

I click yes, and then the next time I click an item that calls forms, it
prompts me again.

server needs to log onto the server itself and launch
outlook and install the feature from there. Or they can
launch a Citrix session over the web from another pc and
do it.
