Outlook 2002 errors when using Citrix 3.0

Hey Folks,

I receive the following error when accessing outlook through Citrix.

"Microsoft Outlook can't provide form scripting support."
This feature is not currently installed. Would you like to install it?

I click yes, and then the next time I click an item that calls forms, it
prompts me again.
