outlook 2002 error

HELP!

Occasionally I receive an email, and then when I want to reply It stalls and then I get the following message;




From then on, all my replies go through the outlook editor unless I shut down outlook and reopen or go to "options" and recheck "use microsoft word to edit email messages" . I want to use word as my editor.

What causes certain emails to trigger this, and how can I prevent it from happening.

You didn't include the message. Do not include binary attachments. This is
not a binary newsgroup.
