Outlook 2002 error message

Just set up Outlook 02 following my domain providers
instructions. I'm getting the following error message
when I attempt to Send/Receive: "Task 'Michael Work -
Sending and Receiving' reported error
(0x80040302):'Unknown Error 0x80040302'

Anybody know what I should do to fix this?

Wouldn't know it if I was supposed to. It's supposed to
be a simple deal. I've got Outlook Express set up and it
works fine. I've simply entered the pop3 and SMTP info,
the logon info, changed the server port number, and
clicked on the "Test Account Settings" button which
resulted in all tests being completed successfully. I've
searched the MS Knowledgebase for a similar error message
and found nothing.
