Hi,
we use exchange 2003 and outlook clients 2000 and 2003. I am looking for
2002 version of outlook.
Can someone help me with proper link to download?
I know it is office XP component, but we do not have Office XP product. (We
have all office 2000 pro, and Outlook 2003 that came with Exchange server
2003)

There is no such download. You would need to purchase a copy of Office XP or Outlook 2002 standalone.

For licensing point of view, we should be fine because we are licensed for
Outlook 2003, I just need the Outlook 2002 media, where can I buy the
media?

You could start with Microsoft Worldwide Fulfillment or the source from whom you purchased Exchange. However, since Office XP is past its mainstream support period, you may not be able to get media (much less a volume license key) from Microsoft unless you have an extended support contract. In that case, checking the usual retail outlets would be your next step.

I don't know that a license for OL2K3 makes you "fine" to use version
2002/XP without a license for that version.

If it's a volume license, those usually have a provision that allows the license holder to run an earlier version of the same product. The same provision would not apply to retail or OEM licenses.

All that said, I really have to wonder why the OP doesn't just use Outlook
2003 for all users.

some pcs use legacy applications such as ERP, which doesn't allow me to have
anything but windows 2k, SP1
that is why I have to run outlook 2000 on computers that has only w2k sp1,
and anyone whom I could upgrade use outlook 2003. Untill we upgrade our
legacy application, we have no choice to run both versions, the reason why I
wanted to try outlook 2002 is some of the benefits it has, compare to
outlook 2000.
(but yet, don't know if outlook 2002 can work with windows 2000, SP1)

Yes we have open license, which is ok using older versions.
