Don't know.
Please post your updated question in microsoft.public.outlook instead of
this group. You are more likely to get a good answer that way.
Actually, try this suggestion. It seems that you may not have an Outlook
Address Book linked to this profile. You may also need to switch your
Outlook mode to Workgroup (if applicable, don't remember Outlook XP anymore)
instead of Internet Only.
Go to Tools -> Accounts (or Tools -> Settings.. .don't remember Outlook XP
anymore)
Add the Outlook Address Book there.
Incidently - here is a list of matches to your question... One of them must
