Outlook 2002 Corporate/Workgroup Mode equivalent?

I am currently using outlook 2000 in corporate or workgroup mode, and
have a need to recreate this on outlook 2002, without performing an
upgrade. (i.e. recreate the situation on a fresh 2002 install.)

I decided to first see what the profile looked like in 2002 when I
upgrade from 2000.

When I do the upgrade, my profile appears in the list as a "MAPI"
profile. This profile will then work exactly as I require. This is not
included in the list of profile types that can be added.

What i'm asking is this, how do i set up a "MAPI" profile on a fresh
installation of outlook 2002 that will work in exactly the same way as
this upgraded profile? I don't seem to be able to do it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be just as useful to know if it is possible to create a PNF
file from an existing profile on OL2000 or OL2002.
