outlook 2002 contact addressing using select names

After you click the To button in an Outlook item, your list of contacts are
displayed in the Select Names dialog box, but the "E-mail" and "Fax"
notations that appeared next to the contact names in previous versions of
Outlook are not present.

Is there a way of customising how the select names Window looks ie making it
bigger and choosing what columns are displayed to get round the above issue
without havging to adjust columns widths etc.
 
No.
All you can do is use the horizontal scroll bar to distinguish one address
from another.
