Outlook 2002 Closes Unexpectedly

I have an issue where Outlook will just close without any sort of notice or
error, other than the message that asks if you want to permanently delete
items in your deleted items folder. If you don't have that option selected,
you don't even get that. It started with 2 or 3 users and has now increased
to 20 or so. We have an Windows 2000 server (current SP) running Excahnge
2000 (current SP). We have some 3rd party software running like RightFax,
but nothing major. It seems to be increasing in frequency. No custom forms
other than the rightfax form. What could be causing this?

Is there anything indicated in the event viewer? Any Add-Ins installed?
Anything odd going on in the Task Manager? Is AV scanning outgoing mail?
There will likely be others posting with further questions in order to break
down the problem so that it can be clarified.
