Outlook 2002 - can I create accounts with individual signatures?

I want to create individual email accounts with individual signatures in
Outlook 2002 for a friend. I can do this easily for myself in 2003 but can't
see a way in 2002. Is it a question of having to upgrade?

Creating individual signatures for individual email accounts is possible
only with Outlook 2003.
