Installation of Outlook 2002 has rendered the Help system of the previously installed Office 2000 (SR-1 running on Windows 2000 Professional) partially unusable. Specifically, the “Answer Wizard†and “Index†tabs show up blank when selected within help for any Office 2000 application. The tabs work correctly in Outlook.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I haven't installed Outlook 2002 but I am having the same problem within Office 2000. When I try to enter info into the "What would you like to do?" part of the Answer Wizard, my cursor shows that it's in a resize mode and I can't type anything into the box. Could this be related to an Update from MS?

It depends when it started and when you installed the update.. and which
update you installed.
