Outlook 2002 Application Error on Quit

Whenever I quit Outlook 2002 I get a dialog saying the application unexpectedly terminated and do I want to submit a report. I did a detect and repair, no help. I deinstalled and reinstalled, still no help. I am just this side of uninstalling it and wiping out all the user data, but I am not sure where everything is kept.

Please feel free to e-mail me if you know of anything that causes this problem.
 
Does it also happen when you start Outlook in safe mode? Are you using
add-ins? See if disabling them solves the issue. If so; that add-in needs to
be updated or reinstalled.
