We replaced our old computer and used the transfer wizard
to move Outlook files (Office XP and XP OS). On the old
computer, the email would be received by whomever was
logged in, but you could view it on either user's side of
XP. On the new computer, it downloads to whomever logs in,
but it is not viewed on both sides. So A gets email for A
and B or B gets email for A and B. Outcome is we have to
log in on each other's side to view ALL of the email. I
have compared settings, tried to browse the KB, but come
up empty. What have we done wrong? Can anyone help?
Thanks, CV

Thanks. That is not the problem. We do each have our own
account. Both accounts show up on each "side" of XP in
Outlook 2002. For each user, their account is the default.
However, my mail does not all show up on my side of XP and
his does not all show up on his. We have to check both
sides to see it all.

You, Mr. Candy, are by far the hero of the day. I have
been posting everywhere trying to find anyone who could
help and you did it with a simple sentence. I give thanks
to you this thanksgiving season and think you are the best!

It worked!!!!
