Outlook 2002 and third party email accessing AB

When a program (in my case Maximizer 7) tries to access
the Outlook Address Book I get warning "a program is
trying to access eamil addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?".

How can I turn this security off permanently. A 2nd part
of the security them follows:"a program is trying to send
mail using Item.Send".
