I see two contaccs under "OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK" when I go to write email.
UNDER To, cc etc. no problem with global address list,
if I select the first contact ,it looks for previous server which was sbs
2000, the secound contacts comes up with all the contacts which user is
using.
how do I get rid of the first contact under OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK?

Just remove it here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.

I try that there is nothing there,
any other help

Not possible.
How can there be nothing there when you claim to have more entries than you
want in the Outlook Address Book?
Clarify your post.
