Is there a chance that the actual trust between the PC and
the domain is damaged? Try doing this:

1 - Take the PC out of the domain and put PC into a
workgroup (call it testing)
2 - Boot the PC
3 - Put the PC back into the domain
4 - Boot

Hope this helps. Sometimes corrupted trusts between PCs
and the domain can cause odd problems.

Thanks. I'll give a shot.
