outlook 2000

I need to configure my outlook 2000 with my msn email account and I dont know
how to do this will someone explain this to me I dont know what to type in
the pop3 box norin the stmp box please help

MSN will have those instructions for you, if you have a paid MSN account.
Free Hotmail accounts don't work with Outlook any more (in general; there
are a few exceptions).
