Outlook 2000 will not send/server name not found/PLEASE HELP

I use Outlook 2000, have windows 98.

Every since Wednesday I have been receive error
messages. One is The SMTP server name you specified can
not be found, please check the name and try again. The
other is Please enter your user name and password for the
following server but this only happens when I am trying to
send mail. I can receive just fine.

I have not changed anything just all of a sutton it is
doing this. I have uninstall and reinstall Outlook 2000
two times.

I went to support at microsoft and did a lot of things
that they said to do. I have used repair damaged folders
and files, created a new personal folder file and moved
all my folders to the new .pst, and after each thing that
I tried I would then try to send e-mail again and it just
will not go. I have update and scanned for virus and
nothing. I went to house call and did a virus scanner
there too just to make sure. I have done office updates
still can not send.

After doing all of this I go into outlook express and they
send perfectly, so that let me know that all of my
information for my sever is correct which I had not
changed anyway because every thing was fine until last
Wednesday.

Can you please help me to figure this out? What else can
I do?
