I am in charge of the master calendar which is Outlook
2000 running on Win2k professional OS which is on our
Win2k server. My boss, who is the only one in the office
running XP Pro OS along with the XP office suite on his
PC, is able to view the calendar. But when he opens the
calendar it is totally different from my calendar. Ex. If
I have one date set as an all day event his will show up
as a 2-day event with times selected and everything.
Something that I did not do at all. Can you tell me if
there is a "sync" issue or compatibility issue and how to
remedy that.

thanks!

Check the time zone setting on both computers. Sounds like one is not set
correctly. If the time zone is correct, check also the Daylight Saving Time
setting.

(This is a windows setting, not an Outlook setting. Double click the time
displayed in the lower right corner of your screen, and then click on the
Time Zone tab.)

Thank you so much. I will try this
