I was hoping someone might have some information regarding the following
I'm using outlook 2000 as my mail client with an Exchange server as a service
I have configured my email account and it seems to be working fine, I can send and receive etc
However, when I close down outlook, the next time I open it I get the Outlook 2000 startup screen displayed
It says that another version was previously installed and I am being asked to select yes to use the same configuration as that of the previous version
I select no and am next presented with a box stating "upgrade options", these being Outlook Express, Microsoft Exchange, and "none of the above"
If I select Microsoft Exchange, Outlook opens and I am being asked if I want to select Outlook as the default mail program. However, despite selecting yes, it doesn't appear to have any effect as the whole procedure repeats itself the next time Outlook is run
If anyone has any idea as to the solution of this problem, I'd very much appreciate to hear it
Thank
