A user on our network is experiencing the following problem with her Outlook
2000 SR-1 calendar...
The start and end times for each event (single and reoccuring) are off by 1
hour later than the actual listed times.
For example, an event set for 5/1/2004 @ 2PM which reoccurs every month on
the 1st
shows up in the calendar at 3PM on the 1st even though the correct times
show when you open the event AND if you open the event or series and click
save and close, the event then shows correctly.
We have checked the time zone settings for both outlook and the PC.....they
are correct Central Standard Time with the DST box checked. We have
reinstalled outlook. The user has (TWICE) gone in and manually corrected
every calendar entry and believe me that was no small task as there are
several dozen per month to change. But a few hours later the problem
resurfaces. She has her calendar shared with 7 other users who are NOT
experiencing problems with THEIR calendars but DO see the problems with the
calendar in question. The mail server is an Exchange 2000 Server that is
managed by an outsourced company and we have contacted them to verify there
are no problems with the server or the user's mailbox (of course they found
nothing)...
Please help.
Thanks,
Clarence
