Outlook 2000-sending a mail from different e-amail account

Hi,
I'm using Outlook2000 with 2 internet e-mail accounts. Is it possible to choose which
account to use to send a mail?
 
I believe Outlook 2000 also already had a button named "Accounts" next to
the Send button to choose your account to send from.
