Send message fails with message:
Server Responce: '250 SIZE 20971520' (Account "Verizon' SMTP Server:
'Outgoing.verizon.net', error number 0x800cc7d

Do you have SSL connections enabled in your server properties? If so, try
disabling them. Exactly how to do this, however, is dependent on whether
you're using IMO or C/W mode and you didn't post that information.
