Due to a unnoticed error being cut and pasted I now have over 80 items
in my outlook calendar which have a spelling mistake in them. Is it
possible to do a global search and replace on the item subject lines to
correct these in one go or must I edit every item individually?

Thanks
Mark

Hmm, it should work on appointments grouped by Subject in a table view in
OL2000. That is what you tried, right?

Yes - at least I think so.
I displayed all the offending appointments using a standard find to
result in a table display in which the spelling error is present. But
all of these are displayed as a single group. On thing I should
probably have said is that the spelling error occurs in many different
subjects viz:
Probus reveiw meeting
Altec reveiw meeting
B&Y reveiw meeting
so I'm only looking to change one word among many in lots of different
subjects.

I think I'll bite the bullet and do it manually!

Thanks anyway
Mark

I don't know what you mean by "a standard find." You need to be using a
table view that groups by the Subject field.

What I mean is I clicked on *Find*, searched for the spelling mistake
then sorted the resulting table by subject. I'm not aware of another
way to view a table.

Thanks

Did you look at the View | Current View menu?
