Hi,

I've got a bit of a junk-mail problem that I'm trying to
avoid with redirect rules.

I would like to set a rule that redirects emails coming
from certain email domains like @aol.com or @hotmail.com
or in my case @guasfcu.com... I tried using the rule SENT
WITH SPECIFIC WORDS IN THE SENDER'S address but...

....The problem i'm running into is that when i receive
emails from addresses that show only the person's name
suchas John Doe instead of (e-mail address removed) - outlook
doesn't recognize this as an email from aol.com and
therefore doesn't redirect the email.

Does anyone know of a solution? Thanks for your help!!
Aaron

Spammers use all sorts of tricks to disguise so you have to create a
multitide of rules to cope.
Not just the senders address, but also the body, subject, etc
Perhaps also together with third party Spam software addins.
