I am still running Outlook 2000 and have just added a new internet email
service and I want this new one to be my default return address. I have
tried many things with regard to Tools / Services and have not been
successful in changing the sent from / reply back to address to this new
address. This is very frustrating. I am running Outlook in the CW mode.

Any advice?

Thanks much, George

what other account is in your profile? do you want it as the default for all
mail or just new mail? Outlook normally uses the account mail arrived on -
so old mail will use the return address of the other account unless you
change the return address in properties.

I want my new address to be the default from address. And I am running two
internet email accounts, the new one which I want to be my sent from, so it
needs to be the default. Is there a way to make it default while running in
CW mode or do I have to install as Internet mode to make it default and then
convert back.

I run in CW mode so that my Contacts Address book will show more than one
email address per person and can be arranged by last name.

Thanks much, George
