Hi
First of all - thanks if you can help on this - I'm
getting desperate!
I've run Outlook 2000 on Windows XP Pro for nearly a year
now, with occasional hangups and closure, but over the
past 36 hours I've been getting messages of "Outlook has
experienced a problem and needs to close" while just
reading or preparing a message, or even just having it
open in the background while working with something
else.
I'm non-technical, so have limited myself to running
Detect & Repair three times - and it even hanged then,
although the 3rd time behind the hang message the
Completed OK message was also visible. No improvement
though.
I'm tempted to reload Outlook (once I've backed up my pst
files), but am reluctant to do so without advice first.
Or do you know another resolution to this problem?
Incidentally, I'm using Netfolders to share one of the
pst files with a client, but that's been running for a
year plus too. This could kill my one-woman-band VA
business. Please help if you can.
Thanks
Karen
