I have a user with Outlook 2000 who when receiving e-mail
it takes several minutes for him to get the mail. If he
starts and stops Outlook he receives the mail immediately.
I checked the Exchange server and the mail is going to his
mailbox immediately. As a matter of fact we can receive
the new mail from another PC immediately. I checked all
the send/receive settings and they appear correct. They
are exactly the same as my laptop and I don't have a
problem. Any idea what else may have an impact on this?
Sincerely,
Dave Sims
