outlook 2000 missing files

During normal operation of Outlook 2000. Contact files,
calendar and inbox and notes have all vanished. how can
we recover
 
All Outlook data (messages, appointments, tasks, etc.) is stored in a file
with a .PST extension. Search your drive for all .PST files, then open then
in Outlook one by one using File | Open | Personal Folders File to see if
they contain the missing data.
