Put your own e-mail address in the To field and the other recipients'
addresses in the BCC field. When they get the message, they will see only
your e-mail address, and none of the others. If you want to, you can create
a new contact with a name like "Undisclosed Recipients" and attach your
e-mail address to it, so that "Undisclosed Recipients" shows up in the To
field on the recipients' end instead of just your e-mail address.
