Outlook 2000 has no html option in new accounts?

I have Outlook 2000, but when I try to create a new account for my hotmail
email account, there is no HTML option. There is only POP3 or IMAP. Is this
something that I did not install or what?
 
Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application.

Suggest you re-post to one of the relevant Oulook newsgroups.
