Outlook 2000 green underline

Hi, each time I typed in a name of a user, the name is underline in green. I
right-click and select the correct person's name which is the same name
anways. However, this kept coming up each time I want to send e-mail to this
particular person.
Currently using Outlook 2000 w/SP1. There is no duplicate names in my
Contacts or Personal Addr Book. Pls help, thks.

Sounds like you have a disconnect between your profile and the
autonamecompletion cache (NICK file). You can create a new profile or rename
the NICK file to rebuild a new one.
