Outlook 2000 form import to Outlook2003

I modified the existing appointment form for a night club where I work. I
added a few pages for the specific group functions and then pages for each
manager to complete for staffing and notes. It worked fine on my Outlook
2000 and I could email it to other 2000 users. But I can not get it to work
in Outlook 2003.

I saved the file on a flash drive. I would open the file from the flash
drive and then publish it to the personal files on the individuals computer I
was using. This seemed to work for the Outlook 2000 users. But when I try
to open it up on 2003 it looks like the regular appointment with the
additional pages missing.

Can you help me out with this form?

Thank you so much.

Beginning with Outlook 2003 SP2, users can work with most .oft form templates files only by opening the template from the Tools | Forms | Choose Form dialog, browsing for User Templates in File System. This means that if the .oft file is sent as a message attachment, the user must save it to the local hard drive first.

The article at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=907985 explains this change in more detail, suggests best practices, and provides registry keys that can return Outlook 2003 to the older, less secure behavior.
