OUtlook 2000 email setup for MSN connection

What are the steps for setting up outlook 2000 for an msn account. The site has information on setting up for outlook 2002 and 2003 but none for 2000. There is no http setting in outlook 2k and msn site does not seem to mention all the connection information and it might use a pop3 but there is no info I can find for this as well.

You can't as Outlook 2000 doesn't support HTTP based mail servers.
