outlook 2000 display size

How can I change the complete display size on Outlook 2000? Needs to be
bigger.

Just like any Windows application: click on the borders and drag them.
 
I guess I need to give more details.

How do I change the font size of the entire screen?
The complete monitor is covered, just very small font.

In which view or pane? There are some fonts you can control and others you
cannot. Exactly what portion of the Outlook display is too small?
 
all of it is to small

Again, what view are you using? Have you tried adjusting the screen
