I have the same issue with Outlook 2000 as alexaKAT and WW cook.
Outlook crashes with no warning message. The core dump occurs when trying to open a Contact or a received email message. Have reinstalled Office 2000 from scratch and run all the available updates from Microsoft's site. I also have installed SP3 and all available windows XP updates. This issue occurs on one PC only. The portable Dell and an older self made PII work fine also with all updates installed. I have AVG on all PC's and it does not influence the issue. I have taken the same outlook.pst file on the portable PC and it works fine. Since fully reinstalling the Outlook software did not fix the problem, could it be a missing dll file?
Thanks 4 UR help
