If you're using OL 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode, see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=197907 . If you're using OL 2000 in
Internet Mail Only mode, write back. See Help>About to determine the mode.

I'm sorry, but that doesn't seem to address the issue I am having. We can go
into Contacts and see them just fine. The problem is that they are
organized/sorted by the numerics in the addresses...not the name. The Gray
stripe at the top of each contact of each contact shows the address...not the
name.

Already done all that. I've done it several times. I've even recreated their
profiles. They were fine until we changed exchange servers and when you go in
to edit their Exchange server to the correct name they seem to stop linking
some how. It hasn't happened on all the computers just 3 out of the 75 that I
have done.

I recommend you ask in the exchange admin group
