i'm a new user to outlook 2000 in the office, while writing a new message and
select names from contact list, realised that there's a bracket with E-mail
i.e. (E-mail) appearing on the right hand side of the all the names, why is
it so ?
Thanks.

at the 'TO' field, when i select a name from my contact list.
even when i send out emails, the receipients are able to see a (E-mail)
beside my email address.
Not sure it's something to do with the server settings or what?

The (email) designation following the address can not be removed through any
of the menu or options screens. There are ways to be rid of it however:

1. Go to contact folder. Choose contact by right clicking and select "New
message to Contact."
2. Modify the resources of the contab32.dll file. See:
