Outlook 2000 Contact attachments not compatible in Outlook 2002

When attaching a single Contact in Outlook 2000 on my work
computer operating in Windows 2000. I cannot view any of
the contact fields other than the text in the notes
section, within Outlook 2002 on my Home computer operating
in Windows XP Pro? Is Outlook 2002 not backward
compatible? Is there a solution other than exporting to
a (.csv) or similar file and importing to Outlook 2002
to view full contact details?
 
Either use the Forward as vCard command to send the contact information or attach the contact to a rich-text format message.
