Outlook 2000 color coding appointments in calendar

instructions say in Calendar to click Calendar Coloring and then Edit Labels.
But Calendar Coloring does not show up. I have also tried right clicking
itheCalendar grid to go to Automatic Formatting but it doesn't show up
either. It seems like the instructions are for a different version of
Outlook or something. My computer does have Outlood 2003 trial on it, but I
am not using that.
 
Calendar coloring was introduced in Outlook 2002 - 2000 does not have the
ability.

After furious head scratching, texas asked:
