Does anyone know how I can create a Toolbar button (in Outlook 2000) that
runs a macro (I already have the macro) then opens an Access 2000 database on
a network drive? All in one click of the toolbar button.

Your help with this is most appreciated.

You don't need to create the button with code - just go into toolbar
customize mode and select Macros from the Categories list in the Commands
tab. Then select your macro in the Commands list and drag it to a toolbar.

Done all that, but how do I make a new macro appear in the commands list? At
the moment, it just exists as a *.bas file in my personal folder.

I tried all the help files to no avail. I did it once, last year, but
cannot recall how I did it!
