Hello .. We have hundreds of customers who get their own spreadsheet (each
customer has a different spreadsheet file with a file name associated with
them) emailed as an attachment each month. The excel files are updated each
month and saved with the same name.
My question .. is there a way either:
To do a mass mailing and have each customer's file automatically attached
and have the updated file picked up each month ..
or
Re-send the email each month customer by customer and have it pick up the
updated file automatically ..
Or
Another way of doing this .. currently it is being done through Maximiser /
Outlook, one customer at a time, having to browse to pick up the attachment
each time .. have checked to see if it can be improved in Maximizer with no
luck ..
I'm a bit of a newbie at Outlook, so apologies if this is a really dumb
question .. just trying to reduce the labour as currently it takes one
person 1.5 days to do this mailing.
Any help with this would be most appreciated
